SpaceX’s final launch of the year, set for Thursday, will carry a classified payload for the National Reconnaissance Office, the U.S. government’s spy satellite agency. A Falcon 9 rocket is set for launch from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida during a three-hour window opening at 9 a.m. EST (1400 GMT), with landing of the rocket’s first stage back at Cape Canaveral expected eight minutes later.
