SpaceX has rolled out a Falcon 9 rocket to pad 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station for a test-firing as soon as Monday evening, setting the stage for launch no earlier than 9:58 p.m. EST Tuesday (0258 GMT Wednesday) with the next batch of Starlink internet satellites.
